Holly Pollock

Chief Operating Officer | Paralegal

Holly Pollock has been with Millsaps Law Firms since 2005. She received her Business Management Degree from Darton College and entered the legal field in 2002. She received her Paralegal certification in 2003. Pollock also serves as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she manages and oversees the activities and operations for the firm and assists the attorneys with administrative and litigation support tasks.

Chief Financial Officer

Heather joined The Millsaps Law Firm in 2008 to oversee the firm's financial matters as Chief Financial Officer. She graduated in 2001 from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, with a B.A. in Economics. After graduation, she immediately began a career in banking as a Financial Service Representative at SunTrust Bank. In 2003, she began working in the accounting department for MainStreet Bank, now BB&T, as Jr. Accountant for the Controller. In 2004, Heather was promoted to a Commercial Real Estate Lender where she worked in the same capacity for 4 years. In 2007, Heather moved to Macon, Georgia, to assume the position of Practice Administrator for the Rutland Family Healthcare, LLC medical practice.

Julie Eddins

Paralegal

Julie Eddins has been with The Millsaps Law Firm since 2007. She received her Associate Degree from Darton College in 1985 and entered the legal field in 1992. Eddins serves as a Paralegal at the firm. Since 1984, Eddins has been working in residential and commercial appraising, as well as in the real estate lending industry. Previous to Millsaps Law Firm, she worked with several other prominent lawyers in Georgia. Eddins has extensive experience involving hundreds of residential, commercial, and agricultural transactions.
