Our attorney, Patrick N. Millsaps, is a native of Cobb County, Georgia, and a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law. Before establishing his law firm based in Camilla, he worked with prominent criminal defense lawyers Edward T. M. Garland and Don Samuel on many high profile cases that received national media attention. He then practiced with his mentor, prominent Cobb County attorney, Hylton B. Dupree, Jr.

Patrick concentrates his legal practice in civil litigation and corporate representation. In addition, he has developed some niche areas of practice, including green energy, plantation land purchase and sale, commercial gambling litigation and pharmacist regulation. As a licensed pilot, and member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), he is able to handle a wide range of aircraft litigation and transactional matters.
